Effective Date: 02 July 2025
These General Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the general principles governing the products, services, vehicle customization, fabrication, conversion, and related offerings provided by Pro Camper India Private Limited (“Pro Camper,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging with our services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge these Terms, to the extent applicable to your interaction with the Company.
Specific projects, vehicle conversions, manufacturing assignments, and customization services may be governed by separate quotations, work orders, proposals, or agreements executed between the Company and the customer. In the event of any inconsistency, the applicable signed project agreement shall govern the relevant project, subject to applicable law.
1. Scope of Services
Pro Camper India Private Limited undertakes vehicle customization, caravan and campervan manufacturing, automotive fabrication, luxury mobility conversions, interior installations, electrical integrations, and other related services as mutually agreed with the customer.
The scope of work, specifications, inclusions, exclusions, and deliverables for an individual project shall be determined by the relevant proposal, quotation, work order, or written agreement.
Any services, accessories, equipment, or modifications not expressly included in the agreed scope shall be treated as additional work and may require separate written approval.
2. Taxes and Government Levies
All applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), shall be charged in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations.
Any applicable government levies, permits, tolls, fuel charges, transportation charges, entry taxes, interstate taxes, duties, or similar charges associated with a particular project shall be allocated in accordance with the applicable project agreement and prevailing law.
3. Warranty Provisions
Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, Pro Camper shall provide a one-year warranty on workmanship and installation services performed directly by the Company, commencing from the date of delivery of the completed project.
Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) components, appliances, electronics, batteries, air-conditioning systems, seats, accessories, fittings, and other third-party products shall be covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties, wherever applicable. The terms, coverage, and remedies for such products shall be governed by the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's workmanship warranty shall not cover damage or failures arising from:
- Accidents, collisions, or external impact.
- Water ingress resulting from accidental damage, structural stress, improper use, or unauthorized alterations.
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or third-party interventions.
- Electrical overloading, voltage fluctuations, improper connections, or use beyond prescribed operating limits.
- Misuse, negligence, improper operation, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.
- Improper maintenance or failure to carry out recommended inspections.
- Extreme off-road use, abnormal road conditions, or use beyond the intended design parameters.
- Normal wear and tear, including upholstery wear, sealant aging, and deterioration caused by ordinary use.
- Minor cosmetic variations, rattling, vibrations, or other characteristics arising from normal vehicle operation, where they do not constitute a defect in workmanship.
- Environmental exposure, weather conditions, corrosion, or other external factors beyond the Company's reasonable control.
- Nothing in this section shall exclude any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
4. Modifications and Change Requests
Automotive customization involves coordinated design, engineering, fabrication, procurement, and installation activities.
Any additions, alterations, or modifications requested after approval of the original scope may require reassessment of technical feasibility, materials, resources, costs, and project requirements.
The Company may undertake such changes subject to mutual written agreement. Changes may affect the originally agreed specifications, project costs, or completion arrangements.
The Company shall not be obligated to implement changes that are technically impractical, unsafe, unlawful, or incompatible with the vehicle or its intended use.
5. Design Concepts, Drawings and 3D Visualizations
Design development, conceptual layouts, detailed drawings, rendered floor plans, and 3D visualizations are considered separate chargeable services unless expressly included in the overall project package through written confirmation by Pro Camper India Private Limited.
The standard charge for 3D design and rendering services shall be ₹1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh only) per project, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Company.
Where the Company expressly confirms in writing that design and 3D rendering services are included in the overall project package, no separate charge shall be levied beyond the agreed package terms. Any waiver, exclusion, or variation of the standard design fee shall be valid only when expressly confirmed in writing by the Company.
Design concepts, renderings, and visualizations are intended to communicate the proposed design and may not represent the exact final appearance of the completed vehicle. Actual implementation may involve reasonable adjustments arising from engineering requirements, material availability, manufacturing constraints, safety considerations, and technical feasibility.
All designs, drawings, layouts, concepts, and associated intellectual property developed by the Company shall remain subject to the Intellectual Property Rights provisions of these Terms & Conditions.
6. Vehicle Procurement and Customer Responsibilities
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer shall be responsible for providing the base vehicle required for the proposed customization or conversion.
Where the Company agrees to procure a vehicle on the customer's behalf, the procurement process, vehicle specifications, applicable charges, and related responsibilities shall be documented separately.
The customer shall provide accurate vehicle information, required documentation, approvals, specifications, and other information reasonably necessary for the execution of the project.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle and its documentation are legally eligible for the intended use and that any customer-specific approvals or permissions required by applicable authorities are obtained, unless expressly assigned to the Company in writing.
7. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held responsible for a failure or delay in performing its contractual obligations to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, strikes, riots, war, fire, accidents, government restrictions, transport disruptions, material shortages, supply-chain failures, labor unavailability, utility interruptions, or unforeseen factory shutdowns.
The Company shall take reasonable steps to mitigate the effects of such circumstances and communicate material impacts to the customer where reasonably practicable.
The rights and remedies of the parties in such circumstances shall remain subject to applicable law and the terms of the relevant project agreement.
8. Order Cancellation and Refunds
In the event of cancellation of a confirmed order or project by the customer, any deposit or advance amount paid to Pro Camper India Private Limited shall be forfeited and treated as non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the terms of the signed project agreement.
Where the total deposit or advance amount paid by the customer at the time of cancellation is less than 60% of the total agreed project value, the customer shall be liable to pay the remaining amount required to bring the total deposit or advance to 60% of the agreed project value.
Such outstanding amount shall become payable upon cancellation of the project, subject to applicable law and the terms of the signed project agreement.
The customer acknowledges that cancellation may result in costs and commitments relating to production planning, design allocation, procurement, customized materials, labor allocation, administrative activities, and other project-related arrangements undertaken by the Company.
Nothing in this clause shall override any mandatory rights or remedies available to the customer under applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property, Branding and Media Rights
9.1 Company Intellectual Property
All proprietary layouts, concepts, designs, drawings, fabrication methods, engineering solutions, interior arrangements, technical documentation, and other original materials developed by Pro Camper shall remain the Company's intellectual property, except where otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
Customers shall not reproduce, commercially exploit, distribute, or authorize third parties to copy or replicate such proprietary materials without the Company's prior written consent.
Any customer-owned intellectual property or third-party intellectual property incorporated into a project shall remain subject to its respective ownership and usage rights.
9.2 Photography, Videography and Promotional Use
The Company may document its manufacturing processes, workshop activities, vehicle builds, interiors, exteriors, and completed projects for quality records, portfolios, educational content, and promotional purposes.
Where such documentation identifies a customer, depicts identifiable personal information, or is subject to a specific customer's privacy or confidentiality rights, publication shall be subject to the necessary consent or other lawful basis, as applicable.
Any specific media permissions or restrictions agreed in writing with the customer shall be respected.
9.3 Company Branding
Company logos, decals, branding, insignia, or identification marks may be incorporated into a completed vehicle where included in the agreed design or separately approved in writing by the customer.
Any branding arrangement shall be subject to the relevant project agreement and applicable law.
10. Design, Craftsmanship and Material Variations
Vehicle customization and fabrication may involve handcrafted processes, custom-fitted components, and the use of different materials and finishes.
Reasonable variations in texture, shade, stitching, alignment, finish, dimensions, laminate grain, panel gaps, and material appearance may occur during manufacturing.
Such variations shall be assessed in the context of the agreed specifications, industry practices, functional requirements, and applicable quality standards. A variation that materially departs from agreed specifications or constitutes a defect shall not be excused merely because customization involves handcrafted work.
11. Electrical Systems and Appliance Usage
The customer shall operate electrical systems, appliances, batteries, inverters, charging systems, and installed equipment in accordance with the supplied operating instructions, prescribed load capacities, and applicable safety requirements.
The customer should not overload electrical circuits, make unauthorized electrical modifications, install incompatible accessories, or permit unqualified persons to intervene in electrical systems.
Damage attributable to misuse, overloading, improper operation, unauthorized modifications, or third-party intervention may fall outside the Company's workmanship warranty, subject to the applicable warranty terms and law.
The customer is responsible for following recommended maintenance procedures and obtaining qualified assistance for inspections, repairs, and servicing where required.
12. Structural Integrity and Water Ingress
Customized vehicles operate under varying road conditions, vibration, chassis movement, weather exposure, and usage patterns.
Certain components, seals, joints, and fittings may require periodic inspection and maintenance over the vehicle's service life.
Water ingress, structural damage, panel movement, or other issues shall be assessed according to their cause and the applicable warranty and project terms. Damage attributable to accidents, unauthorized modifications, abnormal use, neglected maintenance, or deterioration from ordinary wear may be excluded from warranty coverage to the extent permitted by law.
This section does not exclude liability for defects in workmanship or other liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Inspection, Handover and Acceptance
The customer shall have a reasonable opportunity to inspect the completed project in accordance with the arrangements set out in the relevant project agreement.
Any identified deficiencies, incomplete items, or departures from agreed specifications should be documented and communicated to the Company within a reasonable period.
Minor cosmetic observations that do not materially affect functionality or compliance with agreed specifications shall be addressed in accordance with the applicable handover and rectification arrangements.
Handover, delivery, dispatch, or signing of an acknowledgment may serve as evidence of acceptance of the vehicle or project, subject to any recorded outstanding observations and applicable statutory rights.
Nothing in this section shall prevent a customer from exercising a valid remedy for a defect, breach of contract, or other right available under applicable law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's liability arising from a particular customization project shall be governed by the relevant signed project agreement.
Where a contractual limitation applies, the scope and amount of that limitation shall be interpreted in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.
To the extent legally permissible, the Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or commercial opportunities, arising from a project, delay, defect, breakdown, or interruption of vehicle use.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing herein shall restrict a customer's non-waivable statutory rights.

The feasibility and approval of a particular modification may depend on the vehicle platform, intended use, applicable regulations, and decisions of the relevant authorities.
